By purchasing goods or services from The Solar Roller Shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions

When your personal information is entered while placing your order, that information is stored in an order receipt in our system unless requested otherwise.
Your personal information, including but not limited to name, address, and card number, will NEVER be shared with a third party.

All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days, excluding custom products like portraits.
- Processing time for custom products ranges from 7-10 days and will be communicated throughout the portrait-creating process.
Processing time includes the duration between the order placement and order shipment, the time where your order is made, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Orders are currently only available in the USA, but don’t lose hope! We are currently working on making the shop equip to ship internationally soon.
Orders are shipped through the USPS unless stated otherwise.
Once the order is dropped off at the post office, it is fully in the hands of the USPS.

- Tracking numbers are provided for all products aside from stickers/sticker packs, as those are sent via forever stamp.

All orders are prepared to withstand the shipping process and make it safely to your home with precautions like waterproof bags and padded envelopes.
- Any and all shipping damage is result of USPS handling and is not a responsibility of The Solar Roller Shop.
- If your order is damaged, please fill out this form, and we respond accordingly to ensure your satisfaction with your products! Ensuring your goodies arrive safely is our priority!

Orders may be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of placement by filling out The Return/Cancellation Request Form and requesting to cancel.
Returns and refunds are available upon request if the order is returned/shipped back within 30 days of arrival.
- Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped out, or they might not be eligible for a refund.
- Personalized products, such as portraits, may not be eligible for a refund.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Returned funds will be deposited back in used bank account within 7 days of item returning.

Solar Roller Shop takes the following forms of payment:

All payments are processed through a third party infrastructure, Stripe, and, although payments are typically processed instantly, they can take up to five days to fully process.
By purchasing from The Solar Roller Shop, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
The customer is financially responsible to pay in full for their order unless agreed upon otherwise in writing.

The Solar Roller Shop website is not designed for minors.
The Solar Roller Shop retains the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason
- We will not refuse service based on religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity/race!
Prices are subject to change at any time, and the Solar Roller Shop reserves the right to adjust prices how seen fit.
