CLIENT WORK POLICIES
*By purchasing services/products from the solar roller shop and by engaging in the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms of service*
Privacy
The personal/professional information shared in the course of a project will be kept confidential at all times unless instructed otherwise by the client.
When making a purchase from the online shop, device information is automatically collected for website analytics. This information includes items like IP address, how you navigate the site, and other information related to “cookies.”
This information is solely used to learn more about how customers interact with the site, how it can be made more user-friendly, and how to optimize navigation.
When making a purchase, personal information is collected such as name, shipping address, and debit/credit card numbers. This information is stored as part of your order receipt unless instructed otherwise.
This information is solely used to communicate with you about your project/purchase, fulfill payment, or send orders.
Contracts
The Solar Roller Shop typically enters into contracts (sent and signed digitally through DocuSign) when freelancing with clients in order to ensure ALL parties have mutual expectations and are accountable for their responsibilities (as stated in said contract).
If both parties do not sign and/or follow through with their contracted responsibilities, the contract may be subject to being broken.
Revisions
Each project contains an allotted number of revisions built into the package.
The number of revisions varies per project.
Additional revisions are available at an additional cost.
Payment
Payment is required in full before work will begin on a project, with exception of consultation communication.
Accepted forms of payment include the following:
Squarespace’s integrated payment system, Stripe, which takes most credit/debit cards
PayPal
Checks are accepted with local clients only
Refusal
Please note refusal will not occur without cause deemed appropriate by The Solar Roller Shop.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
I reserve the right to cancel services/orders for any reason at any time.
Termination
Please note termination of services/orders will not occur without cause deemed appropriate by The Solar Roller Shop.
These Terms of Service/Policies are effective unless terminated by either party.
You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying me that you no longer wish to use my Services, or when you cease using the site.
If in my sole judgment you fail (or I suspect that you have failed) to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, I may terminate our agreement at any time without notice.
If this occurs, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
Policy Changes
I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these policies and Terms of Service at any time.
Policy changes occur by posting updates and making changes to the website.
It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
