The professional information shared in the course of wholesale transactions will be kept confidential at all times unless instructed otherwise by the buyer.
When making a purchase from The Solar Roller Shop, device information is automatically collected for website analytics. This information includes items like IP address, how you navigate the site, and other information related to “cookies.”
- This information is solely used to learn more about how customers interact with the site, how it can be made more user-friendly, and how to optimize navigation.
When making a purchase, personal information is collected such as name, shipping address, and debit/credit card numbers. This information is stored as part of your order receipt in our third-party platform unless instructed otherwise.
- This information is solely used to communicate with you about your project/purchase, fulfill payment, or send orders.

All orders will be processed within 1-5 business days.
Processing time includes the duration between the order placement and order shipment, the time where your order is made, packaged, and prepared for shipping.

Orders are currently only available in the USA, but don’t lose hope! We are currently working on making the shop equip to ship internationally soon.
Orders are shipped through the USPS unless stated otherwise.
Once the order is dropped off at the post office, it is fully in the hands of the USPS.

- Tracking numbers are provided for all products aside from stickers/sticker packs, as those are sent via forever stamp.

All orders are prepared to withstand the shipping process and make it safely to your destination with precautions like waterproof bags and padded envelopes.
- Any and all shipping damage is result of USPS handling and is not a responsibility of The Solar Roller Shop.
- If your order is damaged, please fill out this form, and we respond accordingly to ensure your satisfaction with your products! Ensuring your goodies arrive safely is our priority!

Orders may be cancelled and refunded within 24 hours of placement by filling out The Return/Cancellation Request Form and requesting to cancel.
Returns and refunds are available upon request if the order is returned/shipped back within 30 days of arrival.
- Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped out, or they might not be eligible for a refund.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost.
Returned funds will be deposited back in used bank account within 7 days of item returning.

All wholesale payments are processed through a private invoice sent from The Solar Roller Shop to the buyer’s email.
All invoice payments are processed through a third party platform called Square.
- Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo.
- Square also supports mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay.
- Square is responsible for all steps in the payment process, making them liable for any/all complications that may occur throughout said process.
  - Because The Solar Roller Shop is dedicated to providing an outstanding wholesale experience, we will work to resolve any concerns within our power!

The Primary Order (first order placed) will receive a 50% discount, yay!
- Discount applies to any products, excluding custom portraits.
- Only one Primary Order Discount will be permitted per buyer/per business/per entity.
All wholesale prices are exactly 50% of the products’ full price as listed on The Solar Roller Shop.

The minimum order value must add up to at least $50 including all products being purchased

Please note refusal will not occur without cause deemed appropriate by The Solar Roller Shop.
I will not refuse service based on religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, ethnicity/race!
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
- Wholesale will immediately be refused to any illegitimate business (a business without a tax number proving they are a legal entity).
I reserve the right to cancel services/orders for any reason at any time.

Please note termination of services/orders will not occur without cause deemed appropriate by The Solar Roller Shop (or the other party).
These Terms of Service/Policies are effective unless terminated by either party.
You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying me that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using the site.
If in The Solar Roller Shop’s sole judgment you fail (or I suspect that you have failed) to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, I may terminate our agreement at any time without notice.
- If this occurs, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these policies and Terms of Service at any time.
Policy changes occur by posting updates and making changes to the website.
It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
